Facilities & Technical Levels :
Presently Suspension Spring Co., Ltd. owns 621 production equipments, which
values RMB 63010634.35 originally, and has been a band spring production base
with strongest processing capabilities in the country so far. Its facilities
& technical levels and flexible productivity are in leading position among
peers in same trade. Just for these superior facilities and strong
productivity, operation and development of the company have guaranteed market
competitiveness of the enterprise enhanced.
In possession of 3 rolling mills altogether, the company maintains very strong
production capacity for non prismatic band springs. Of these three, the HILL
mill imported from UK is sole in China. Outstanding technical performance of
the machine has ever left splendid sections and chapters in phylogeny of the
company.
Static transducer is called as "Green Environment Protective Equipment", for
which technology this company has always kept pace with international
technology development and maintained leading level in the country. Its
advantages such as high power factor, energy saving, pollution free and small
size etc has turned it gradually to key heating unit of the company.
There are three band spring assembly lines which let pass full spectrum
products covering light-, medium-, heavy-duty and military vehicles. Secondary
assembly line under refinement is designed even centering on heavy-duty model
production, to build up fitting out guarantee for thickened band spring
production in the future. If applied, production flexibility will be greatly
improved.
There are also 5 thermal treatment lines, 90-odd thermal treatment machines and
various kinds of heating methods adopted including by MF motor, static
transducer, oil furnace and electrical furnace etc. to ensure its productivity
of full spectrum band springs for all vehicle models.
Relying on shot blasting process constituted by 8 existing grit blasters and
especially three-blow-head heavy-duty compressed air shot blasting machine just
put into production, the company will get rid of the title of "bottleneck
producer" completely and be suitable for production of every kind of products.
At present the company has 12 checkout equipments of different types to proceed
all around tests on products such as pressure test, fatigue strength and
cracking test etc. Advanced checkout equipments and perfect quality inspection
system have guaranteed superior product quality.
As a result of increasing investment on them in recent years, production
guarantee ability of facilities has gone stronger and stronger day by day. And
their technical content has also met qualitative change. Sophisticated
facilities and top production processes will naturally set a solid base for
company development.
Facility Management Experiences :
Facility Department of Suspension Spring Company has kept exploring facility
management experience since its very birth, so as to improve management level
on this aspect. Over these years, we have implemented various modes of facility
management as TPM and TEM etc. By means of generalization, exploration and
innovation in course of operation, we have set up a management mode suitable
for our company under the "Overall Facility Efficiency Management". And
practices have proven it true.
We are strict with early management of facilities, controlling the sourcing,
purchasing by invitation to bid and examining qualification of bidders, hence
technical performance of new facilities ensured.
We make a point of consolidating field management of facilities pursuant to
adaptive maintenance method combined by planned hauling and required hauling,
to eliminate equipment failure and hidden safety, quality or pollution dangers.
And through emphasis on facility improvement, betterment and rehandling, we
lift facility technical level, reduce failure rate and diminish maintenance
cost; when autonomous maintenance pushed and "minding your own equipments
"consciousness intensified, it goes as a kind of fine atmosphere in the company
top down that he who operates the machine consciously maintains and handles it.
So our facilities have always in a good technical condition.
And we also standardize after management of facilities and are in conformity
with national assets management procedure. Great attention is attached to
facility assets value retention and productivity improvement. Every year large
sum of funds are invested by the company to do overhauling, rehandling and
upgrading. New facilities increase gradually and their flexible productivity
also rises greatly.
Between practices and tests we have also been trying to explore the road of
reform for facility management, enriching experiences, covering the shortage
and making every endeavor to ensure production and operation requirements of
