American DANA Corp. The two parties discussed on the Letter of Intention in

LEECH (Asia-pacific area president), Zhuo Zhengyu (GM of DOC) and Zhang Juemin

Motive Power Assembly Unit (VPT) including Bertil Thorén (Senior Vice President
of Business Department of VPT), Sten-ake Aronsson (SVP Senior Vice President of

President in charge of Chinese Market Study of VPT Business Unit), Zhen-Sheng

VPT party visited Dongfeng Cummins Engine Co., Ltd. in Xiangfan. On the next
day, the guests paid a visit to Dongfeng Motor Transmission Co., Ltd. under the
Parts and Components Business Unit and the No. 1 Foundry Plant and Commercial
Vehicle Engine Co., Ltd. under the Commercial Vehicle Company in Shiyan City.
At 4:30pm, Vice GM of the Parts and Components Business Unit Weng Yunzhong and
General Director of the Planning Department Xiao Dayou et al. met the VPT
Delegation. In the evening, GM of the Parts and Components Business Unit Ouyang
Jie entertained the guests at banquet. |
