We have pushed overall quality control actively since late 70s of 20th century. In more than two decades’ implementation, our quality control level has improved greatly and marvelous achievements accomplished, rewarded with national or provincial level Outstanding QC Result Award. Since 1995 quality assurance system has been established and put into operation. And by Nov. 1997, the company has been qualified for Third-party Quality System Certification (ISO9002:1994). Upon issuance of 2000 version ISO 9000 family standards, we have carried forward ISO9001:2000 standard transition energetically to adopt to requirements of development and lift quality control level, and passed third-party certification of ISO9001:2000 standard (without any omission)in Nov.2001.

Implementation of standards is not merely a means of acquiring certificates. What’s more important is to accelerate actual improvement of product quality. We popularize standard implementation by all means at ordinary times to impress it deeply in mind of everybody, letting him be aware of his own responsibilities concerning quality issue, of his doings, don'ts and way of doing. We keep perfecting quality control system to adapt to the changing market and therefore our system possesses high operability on basis of full standard coverage. And great importance has also been attached to continual upgrading to strengthen self-perfection function of the system. Now the company is promoting ISO/TS16949 actively and planning to pass third-party certification of ISO/TS16949 quality control system planned to pass by the end of Year 2004.

Measurement is the eye of quality control. As a national “First-grade Measuring Control Unit”, our company has laid much stress on investment on this aspect and been an active promoter and utilizer of advanced measuring methods all years along. At present it owns measuring devices of more than 7000 suits (sets), including M&M gear measurement center, three-coordinate etc. advanced measuring devices. Active measurement and electronic post etc advanced measuring methods have also been widely adopted in practices of the company, which has provided solid assurance for our quality progress.

We are in possession of perfect after sales network and strong servicing team. The whole staff will adhere to “Quality Priority and Customer Priority” from first to last and offer adequate services to all customers wholeheartedly.

Four 24-hour servicing promises (e.g. firstly, trade firms of DFAC and their technical service center all over the world abide by 24-hour shift regulation, servicing customers around the clock; secondly, customer’s visit, call and mail is guaranteed to handle within 24 hours; thirdly, product repair and urgent call for substitutes are to be finalized within 24 hours; and fourthly, aids requested by breakdown Dongfeng motor reach on spot within 24 hours upon receipt of the message.)
