DFL Passenger Vehicle Company is a subsidiary car dealer of the DFL, a joint
venture between Dongfeng and Nissan that was set up in 2003. Its
forerunner was Guangzhou Fengshen Automobile Co., Ltd. Its current product
lineup includes Nissan New Bluebird, Nissan Sunny, etc. Fengshen produced 39047
cars and realized a sale of 41059 cars in 2002. It is estimated that in 2003
Fengshen will register a combined number of more than 60,000 cars in
both production and sales.

Basic qualifications for becoming a Dongfeng-Nissan Dealer Shop operator:
|
|
|
|
1, Clean history, good integrity, clear ownership, and no law-violation record;
2, Willing to set up an independent corporate body with the sole purpose of
Dongfeng-Nissan products operation; registered capital no less than RMB 5
million;
3, Owning/having the right to use land that meets the requirements of DFL
Passenger Vehicle Company for establishing such a store; the said land must not
have an area that is less than 6400 square meters; Grade A store (74 meter′132
meter), Grade B (64 meter′117 meter), and Grade C (58 meter′110 meter);
4, Willing to invest no less than RMB six million in hardware construction and
equipment configuration of the Dealer Shop according to DFL Passenger Vehicle
Company's requirements for hardware construction;
5, Possessing ten to fifteen million RMB as working capital or financing
capacity that fits the local market size and its own marketing strength;
6, Is able to get car import license and to use it in the sale of imported
Nissan vehicles;
7, Having experience in selling and providing maintenance and repair; is able
to organize a marketing team that satisfies the requirements of Dongfeng-Nissan
project.

for our receiving the application form is one month before our scheduled
inspection date (please refer to the inspection progress arrangement). Not
